class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solicitudes de clientes a partir de reservas activas<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Cuando un cliente o agencia env\u00eda una solicitud relacionada con una <strong>reserva activa<\/strong>, el sistema desencadena las siguientes acciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Se muestra una <strong>alerta visual<\/strong> dentro de la reserva, as\u00ed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"118\" <strong>correo electr\u00f3nico de reserva del micrositio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">El <strong>cliente o agencia<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n recibe una copia de la solicitud por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo encontrar reservas con solicitudes de clientes abiertas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede filtrar f\u00e1cilmente las reservas con mensajes de clientes activos siguiendo estos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Vaya a <strong>Back Office \u2192 Datos \u2192 Reservas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">En las opciones de filtro, active <strong>\"Abrir solicitudes de clientes\"<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"449\" height=\"277\" respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se gestionan las respuestas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Cuando <strong>respondas directamente desde la interfaz de reserva<\/strong>, tu respuesta lo har\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Se enviar\u00e1 al <strong>usuario que envi\u00f3 originalmente la solicitud<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Se <strong>copiar\u00e1 a la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico de reserva del micrositio<\/strong>, garantizando la total visibilidad de la
