class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client Requests from Active Bookings<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>When a client or agency sends a request related to an <strong>active booking<\/strong>, the system triggers the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>visual alert<\/strong> is displayed inside the booking, like this:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A copy of the message is automatically sent to the <strong>microsite&#8217;s booking email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>client or agency<\/strong> also receives a copy of the request via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to find bookings with open client requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can easily filter bookings with active client messages using the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Back Office \u2192 Data \u2192 Bookings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the filter options, activate <strong>&#8220;Open client requests&#8221;<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" list only the bookings that have active user messages pending response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How replies are handled<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you <strong>reply directly from the booking interface<\/strong>, your response will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be sent to the <strong>user who originally submitted the request<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be <strong>copied to the microsite\u2019s booking email address<\/strong>, ensuring full visibility of the
