{"id":2049,"date":"2025-10-01T14:38:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T14:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faqs.travelsoftservices.com\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=2049"},"modified":"2025-10-01T14:38:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T14:38:41","slug":"clients-purchase-attemps","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/faqs.travelsoftservices.com\/en\/documentation\/key-information\/clients-purchase-attemps\/","title":{"rendered":"Clients purchase attemps"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tracking Unfinished Purchase Attempts<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Our system includes a useful feature that allows you to track all <strong>purchase attempts that were not completed by a user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever a user reaches the <strong>payment step<\/strong> during the booking process but, for any reason, <strong>does not finalize the booking<\/strong> (e.g., credit card denied, page closed, user clicked back, etc.), the system automatically saves that session as a <strong>Travel Idea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to access purchase attempts<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>To view these attempts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the Back Office and navigate to <strong>Ideas &amp; Users \u2192 Ideas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate the filter called <strong>&#8220;Purchase Attempts&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see a list of travel ideas with a standard title format that includes the <strong>date of the purchase attempt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This section will display <strong>all purchase attempts across any booking engine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"718\" height=\"913\" src=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelsoftservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2050\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelsoftservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.png 718w, https:\/\/faqs.travelsoftservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1-236x300.png 236w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Viewing purchase attempts only for holiday packages<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to see only the purchase attempts from the <strong>Holiday Packages<\/strong> engine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Ideas &amp;
