This is because they operate through <strong>third-party suppliers<\/strong>, which can sometimes make the procedure slower than usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that <strong>while a service is pending issuance<\/strong>, it <strong>cannot be cancelled<\/strong> until its final status has been confirmed.
