Even though you need to have enough Consolidator Balance to confirm a booking with a consolidated supplier, this does not mean the amount is charged immediately.
Where can I check the charge date?
In your Back Office, under Finance → Consolidator Balance, you’ll see a detailed line for each confirmed booking involving consolidated services.
Each line includes three key dates:
- Booking Date: when the reservation was created.
- Charge Date: when the amount will actually be deducted from your Consolidator Balance.
- Check-in Date: when the service starts (e.g., hotel check-in or flight departure).

What does this mean for you?
- You must have enough balance at the time of booking to confirm the service.
- But the charge won’t be applied immediately.
- The system will process the charge on the “Charge Date”, which usually aligns with the service’s issuance date.
