In most cases, all the information related to the transfer service is provided and clearly detailed on the service voucher. This ensures that the passenger has all the necessary details to enjoy the transfer smoothly, including assistance contact numbers and, in some cases, the direct phone number of the local driver or transfer provider.

Please note that any modification, schedule change, or adjustment requested within the last 48 hours prior to the service must be arranged directly with the local provider, using the contact details shown on the voucher. After this period, it will no longer be possible to process changes through the main supplier or the intermediary agency.

This procedure ensures faster communication and proper coordination of the service at the destination, helping to avoid delays or potential issues.
