To ensure proper coordination with our service providers, all requests for changes or modifications to a booking must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time or the start of the booked service.
Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted, as we will not be able to process or guarantee them.
We recommend submitting any requests as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
What happens if I want to modify a refundable booking?
In many cases, for refundable services, providers do not allow direct changes to the existing booking. Instead, they request that the original booking be canceled and a new one made.
Therefore, if the fare conditions allow, we recommend canceling the booking at no cost and making a new reservation with the updated information.
This is often the simplest and most efficient option.
If you prefer not to follow this procedure, you can also contact us to request the modification, although this may be subject to fees.
