Train Ticket Issuance Policy
Train tickets for consolidated services are typically issued within 48 to 72 hours prior to the departure date.
These tickets are made available directly by the train operator and can usually be accessed and downloaded from the train company’s official website once released.
Our team will begin checking for the ticket 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
- If the ticket is already available, we will download and attach it to the booking.
- If it is not yet available, we will continue to monitor the system and attach the ticket as soon as it is issued.
You may also check the train company’s website directly for early access, especially if the departure is approaching and the ticket is still pending.
Please note: The exact timing of ticket issuance depends on the provider and cannot be guaranteed earlier than 72 hours before departure.
On certain occasions, some providers such as Kiwi, Mystifly, or Travelfusion may experience a delay in the ticket issuance process. This is because they operate through third-party suppliers, which can sometimes make the procedure slower than usual.
It is important to note that while a service is pending issuance, it cannot be cancelled until its final status has been confirmed. In most cases, the service is ultimately confirmed and successfully issued.
Therefore, any action requested during the pending issuance period (for example, a free-of-charge cancellation) will remain the responsibility of the operator should it not be possible to complete it.
In exceptional cases, the issuance process may take up to 24 hours, although it is typically completed within 1 to 2 hours, after which the service becomes fully confirmed and issued.
